The rooms have been renovated nicely, and the location is perfect. The food was very good, but it took an hour to arrive, and our cutlery came 15 minutes after that. We reminded them several times and finally had to go look for it ourselves. Service in the bar and restaurant was among the worst I've experienced, with a bad attitude, no communication, and little consideration for customers. Hopefully it was just a problem at the start of the season.

The location is perfect for skiing and biking, and the rooms are nice. Staff were nice too, though perhaps not very talkative. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The food seemed a bit overpriced, and at that price I'd expect better quality.

There were four staff members behind the counter, but it took more than five minutes for anyone to notice me. They didn't seem keen to serve with a smile, and the desserts were a little dry.

Lunch is served from 11-14, with an outdoor grill. I'd recommend the vegan burger. This was after skiing from 16.

In summer they've built several mountain bike trails instead of having skis, and it's super fun.
