We were told there’d be an hour wait for pizza when we arrived, so I ordered the plant-based chorizo meal instead. It was lovely, and they even made my portion bigger. The only downside was that the sausages were a bit too spicy!

The staff were friendly, and I liked the cute decor. The pizza was really good, and the crema catalan was HEAVENLY. Definitely recommend.

From beginning to end, this was an irritating and unpleasant experience. The restaurant was almost empty, but we weren’t allowed to choose our table. That might make sense if a lot of guests were expected, but none arrived before we left. The only table offered to us was wobbly and unstable. The waiter tried to fix it, but it was still no good. The waiter serving us was aloof and extremely condescending. The food was average: the cod skin was slimy rather than crisp, and it came topped with a strange piece of cold, old fried bacon that was very salty. After we paid, the waiter was rude again and asked what my wife would eat on the ferry home, implying she was overweight even though she’s very petite and small. Another customer was spoken to unpleasantly and told not to move a chair for her young daughter. She snapped back that she would, since it was ridiculous. I’m horrified this place has customers at all.
