The rooms felt claustrophobic, and the atmosphere was bright. Breakfast was ridiculous. There were no vegan products, so I couldn’t have any. No fresh salads either, and the cereals sat in open bowls all day. I can only imagine how dusty and crunchy they might get. Yummy...

The place felt very mediocre, with IKEA furniture and 1970s decor throughout. The corridor to our room reminded me of the movie 'The Shining' for some reason, and it made me uneasy. The accommodation was way overpriced, and the food was basic. The receptionist told me Torsby was boring, with nothing interesting because it’s so small. A quick Google search turned up a fabulous ski tunnel and the fact that Sven-Göran Eriksson grew up here. Those aren’t basic facts 😍

We stumbled across this sweet, pleasant hotel while visiting the area and were really happy with it. Breakfast was quite sufficient for the price.

Breakfast was below even basic quality, and the orange juice was old. The windows on the street side were broken.
