The food on offer was poor too. The takeaway breakfast was disgraceful: the juice was concentrate, the vegetables weren't fresh and tasted watery, as if they'd been cut and left in the fridge for ages. There wasn't much to choose from, with no filling food like sausages, eggs or meatballs, and no sweets either. Be careful, and make sure you don't get scammed. I stayed four nights, and the whole visit was a nightmare. The host was very rude and asked personal, inappropriate questions about why we were there, our salaries and income, whether we owned property and where. It felt like they were trying to find out our finances. The couple seemed to listen to our conversations, follow us around and use their dog as a reason to come closer. They pushed their services on us in an aggressive, annoying way. The place was loud from the road and horse farm, and the owners didn't respect guests' morning routine. It also felt chaotic and disorganised. There is a garden, but I didn't find it especially impressive. Chickens wandered freely, the vegetable bins weren't clean, and other people were screaming. Outside smelled of horses, while inside there was damp and mold. The cabin was very basic and barely holding together. I wasn't sure the things inside had been properly cleaned or ironed. It felt very unsanitary. Everything is shared and communal, so there's no privacy, and the hygiene was terrible. There was hair all over the sink and drain. I tried to hint about it to the owner, but he just got angry. This isn't customer-oriented, which is why I had to write a critical review. I guess I'll inform the authorities.

I first stayed here in May 2019, then came back in July 2020, a little over a year later. Booking again was easy. The cottages are nice, with showers, toilets, and laundry and drying facilities in the main building. Breakfast was tasty, and the garden and owners were lovely. The whole place feels welcoming and caring, and it's close to lots of attractions. It's a nice farm setting with good, affordable accommodation.

The garden is full of little spots where you can sit back and relax, and nature and animals are close by. The people who run the place are lovely, and the personal service is unusually good and impeccable. It's an incredibly cozy, well-kept place. I can't recommend it enough if you want to stay in a cabin and unwind.
