The setting by the water is lovely, and it’s a cute stop if you’re near Tyreso visiting slott or kryka. They have Brygg kafé, and you can sit outside. The pancakes were okay, and there was shrimp toast too, but the carrot cake and other little fika treats weren’t very good.

Sitting outside here felt so peaceful, with lovely people around and a really beautiful setting. We had a table with a rocking chair. The tea was tasty, and the cardamom bun and apple pie with custard were delicious.

The food is good, and the grounds are beautiful for a stroll after eating. It’s right by the lovely Tyresö castle, though the place gets very touristy and can be crowded on a nice summer day.

We were so glad we found this Cafe. The wasps aside, lunch was a real treat. The mushroom soup was packed with whole chanterelles and tasted delicious, but the apple tart stole the show. Honestly, the best dessert I’ve had since arriving in Sweden a month ago!

On a sunny day, the water sparkles, which makes this a lovely spot for fika or lunch. It’s in the wonderful grounds of Tyresö Slott (castle), with a peaceful waterside setting, friendly staff and good, simple food.
