The rooms were clean and the view over the city was great. As soon as I arrived, friendly staff helped my team and me find food and things to do nearby.

The breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. I like the room, location, and river view, but this was my second stay and the second room where water overflowed while I showered. After about three minutes, the bath area starts flooding, which is really annoying at a nice hotel with good food and views. The hotel was completely booked this time because of city events. A restaurant across from the river played very loud music until 2 am, even though I was on the 11th floor.

The hotel is right by the river in a very central spot, and I had a really pleasant stay. There’s a gym, spa, and pool on site. Parking isn't available at the hotel, but there's a garage across the street for 150SEK a day. I liked the restaurant: the main dish and dessert were more than enough for me, and breakfast had lots of choices.

The room was modern and well kept, and I slept comfortably, though the pillows didn't suit me: one was too thick and the other too flat. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I enjoyed the spa jacuzzi after a day out, though it costs 150 SEK, and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere with lovely views of the river and city. The location is convenient for the center and riverside, with local sights easy to reach. There's also a public parking garage just across the street. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choices, including local dishes and vegan options.

We slept really well in a lovely room, and the air conditioning was essential in summer. Breakfast was 5/5, as usual at Clarions, with lots for vegetarians. We parked at Parketten parking house across from the hotel. The spa has a nice pool and relaxation area with excellent city views, but costs extra, and you need to book a time slot in advance. The sauna is dry, so you can't throw löyly. We went for the 18-20 slot, and the changing rooms locked right at 20:00. A few of us were left unsure what to do, with no phone number posted, and the spa information was all in Swedish. Please add a contact number and English instructions, and maybe keep the changing rooms open 15 minutes past closing. As a big spa fan, I think 20:00 is far too early to close. I'd happily pay quite a bit extra for later entry, especially if weekend hours could run later. Still, it was a nice experience.
