The gym is extensive and well equipped, though having a security camera watching what you do felt creepy and invasive of my privacy. The wellness area was a very good experience, with a wonderful sauna and excellent showers. They should put those same showers in the hotel room bathrooms! The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, and reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking payment was inconvenient because you had to pay per day and couldn't pay for two days at once.

The staff were a delight to talk with and very accommodating to our needs. The rooms were great, the amenities were excellent, and the included breakfast was delicious. It's a convenient place to stay in Umeå, right by bus stops serving pretty much the whole region and about 15 minutes from the airport.

10/10
The hotel is in a historic-looking building, very close to the airport and right by the main bus stations and city center. Breakfast was good enough, and the rooms are great. The gym might be the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. I'll definitely return on the many journeys still to come.

The rooms are nice and the breakfast is great, but there's no air conditioning. We found out at check-in that we'd paid far too much for parking. The hotel price was 120 SEK, but following the instructions at the ticket machine just outside, we ended up paying more than three times that. It was so disappointing that it lowered our overall rating.

I was there for a week on a business trip and enjoyed the stay. The facilities are great, and although my room was small, I wasn't in it long enough for that to bother me. Breakfast had a huge spread with different stations and sections. The rooms weren't cleaned every day, which was uncomfortable, though not the end of the world.
