The hotel restaurant served good food. Breakfast was good too, the staff were very friendly, the rooms modern, and there are three nice gym rooms with good equipment. The room lighting could be better: there’s light in the hallway and by the window, but none in the middle of the ceiling. Cleaning was inconsistent during our longer stay. It was good once, but the second time the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, tea hadn’t been replenished, and the sheets hadn’t been changed, even though we left a separate note asking for cleaning.

The hotel was clean and the staff professional. The spa is just okay: it has a sauna, two bubble pools, and a few sunbeds, sofas and chairs. You can order drinks there, which is a plus. Sadly, there’s no cold plunge.

Parking at a nearby garage cost 300kr per day. The hotel was lovely, in a good location, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was probably the best we’ve ever had, with lots of new things to try and good vegetarian choices.

Right in central Uppsala, with friendly service. My single room was nice and had everything I needed.

Breakfast was amazing, but the cleaning was terrible. I was there for a week for work, and the room was never cleaned unless I asked at reception, even though we left out the sign requesting it. When someone did clean it, all they did was make the bed. They didn’t replace the coffee or tea, and the surfaces and bathroom were still very dirty. Really disappointing for the price.
