The evenings were a highlight for me and the trip participants, sitting outside to enjoy the late sunset and look at the stars. We also had easy access to local walks and restaurants. We booked a few cabins at EFS Höllviksstrand for my tour company’s Sweden trip, and we all really enjoyed our stay. I’d choose EFS Höllviksstrand first if they’ll have us back!

The ocean views from the windows were stunning, and the hostel was in a great spot for a reasonable price. Sound carried easily through the place because the interior walls were thin. One fun extra was the little biblical quotes placed around the house.

There’s a child-friendly beach right outside, though a fairly busy road runs between it and the building during parts of the day. It gets quieter at night. The rooms range from B&B standard to hostel style, and everything was neat and tidy. Staff were caring and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. The sea view is stunning, with the Öresunds bridge in the middle, and the sunsets are spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

A relaxed little retreat with nice surroundings, about a couple of miles outside Malmoe. It has the right setup for conferences, classes, meetings and overnight stays, with breakfast and lunch too. Climate friendly? I really couldn’t say.

The gelato is marvellous! A lovely spot for coffee and sweets overlooking the bay, and there’s a sandbox for the kids :)
