The easy check-in and friendly front desk staff really stood out. They're straightforward and easy to talk to, which I appreciated since I spend a lot of time in warzones and value clear, concise communication. Breakfast had plenty of options, though the quality could be better. Taking everything into account, it's a great place and pretty average for Sweden at this price.

The train station is only a five-minute walk away, so getting into Gothenburg is quick. Hotel Molandals Bro also has a secure, well-lit parking lot nearby. Rooms were clean and quiet, and there are plenty of amenities. The restaurant buffet was very good, while the cafe was open around the clock for food as of 8-8-2025. It has a bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and live music, plus there’s a small cafe next door. A great place to stay!

Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was really good. The staff were friendly and the price was okay for a night, but the room needed a proper clean. The carpet was dirty and the curtains had lots of stains. I took a few photos, though I feel bad about posting them. For a supposed four-star standard, this felt closer to two full stars and two half stars. They should step up the cleaning.

The rooms are basic but a good size, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a very good choice, and the price for a one-night stay was reasonable. Just remember parking costs 125 SEK, and you'll also pay public transport fares to reach Gothenburg since the hotel is too far to walk into town.

They were fully booked because of local sporting events, so I couldn't get a room. The staff were still very helpful: they offered me coffee and a sunny place to sit while I looked for another option. The hotel is close to the main transport hub and a popular music bar and café.
