The sound carries right through the walls, and my room was small, old inside, and had a clogged bathroom drain. The towels were tiny, there were no slippers, and the desk was too small for working. You can have anything sent here, but even my Wolt order wasn't accepted at reception, despite me asking and being promised they would take it in. Worst hotel I've stayed at for work.

The extra bed module in the room needs maintenance if it's going to be provided by default. The bathroom had fungi, and the pillows were awful. A 30x30 cm pillow just isn't a good sleeping size.

Breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. The rooms are somewhat small but still very nice. It's close to Svenska Massan, Liseberg, and Stadium, with an easy walk to the city centre and public transport nearby. I'll stay again on my next trip to Goteborg.

We chose the hotel because it offered its own parking garage. With my car packed for a road trip, I couldn't risk leaving it in a public Gothenburg garage, where break-ins are a high risk, especially for foreign cars. Only after we had booked and paid did we get a message saying parking had to be reserved in advance through a link. By then the garage was full, and the alternative was a public car park. I called reception to move the booking to a date when private parking was available, but they wouldn't allow it. I had to cancel and lost all my money. The hotel also coldly refused a free cancellation or a date change, and wasn't open to finding a solution. The parking reservation process needs to be clearly explained before anyone books and pays, so they can check availability first.
