Råshults Gård

The kids loved having so much room to play, and they could watch the cows, horses, and chickens too. We only stayed one night, but it was enough to make us want to move in. The place is in a fantastic spot, well kept, and really fresh.

We had the whole house to ourselves, all six adults and three kids, and there was plenty of space. It felt so cozy, and everything was clean and fresh. Thanks for three lovely days!

The owners were really friendly and helpful, and every room had a fan. The kitchen and dining room have an old-fashioned feel, with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven and stove, fridge-freezer with a shelf for each room, microwave, and coffee maker. There’s a cozy living room and nice bedrooms, one downstairs and three upstairs. Both floors have a shower and toilet.

The rooms are on a farm, with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The place has an intentionally old farmhouse feel. We stayed several days, four of us across two rooms. It’s about 20 minutes by car from Vimmerby and 10 minutes from a swimming lake, so it worked well as a base for outings around Vimmerby. We’d recommend it.
