A lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room, and an easy check-in and checkout. The room was calm, clean and lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet. It's just outside the old town's shops and restaurants, with taxis easy to reach and the sights inside the walls a short walk away. There's also a nearby park with beautiful water and sunset views. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely return.

I slept like a baby here. Hotels don't always suit my sleep, but this old house has a quiet, warm, comfortable feel. The beds are comfortable, and the staff are kind and attentive. I loved the nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and scented lotion. Breakfast was good, with a thoughtful spread of bread, yogurt and plant-based alternatives, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and really good pancakes, plus coffee and tea. It's a small place, and I would've liked a lounge area, but I'll definitely be back. Places with this much quality in every corner and such nice staff are rare.

Really nice staff, and it's very close to the center. My room was cosy and nice, though maybe a little small. Breakfast was so good, especially the pancakes. I had a very good time there. đ

The ferry terminal is conveniently close. The hotel has lovely decor and a comfortable room, and breakfast was basic but good. There weren't many guests at this time of year. The receptionist pointed out that January prices are definitely cheaper. I'd love to return someday.

Even my small room had all sorts of useful things: a fan, hair dryer, plenty of toiletries and a shoehorn, among other bits. The design was lovely too, with exposed timber supports through the walls and ceilings and slanted sun windows on the top floor. Breakfast downstairs was top-notch, with everything you could imagine. It's a charming hotel in Visby, and everything feels well thought out, with a few extras beyond what you need. Thanks so much to the lovely staff, especially Jenny, who even sang me happy birthday when I arrived! âşď¸
