Manager TC deserves special credit. His professionalism, quick decisions, and focus on guest satisfaction impressed me. When anything needed attention, he handled it carefully and efficiently, making sure it was resolved beyond my expectations. Suzy and one of the Filipino staff members were also warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They greeted me with smiles and were ready to assist, which made me feel valued and comfortable. The whole team’s attentiveness turned a good stay into a great one. I spent eight memorable nights at Amrise Hotel Kitchener Road and had a wonderful time. From arrival on, everything felt smooth and comfortable, and the hotel was a pleasant place to relax. I appreciate all the staff’s effort and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

I stayed here for a few days last year while there was a long show here, and it was horrible. The rooms were tiny and cramped, practically uninhabitable. Front desk service was poor, communication and language skills were shockingly lacking, and housekeeping was a mess. Essentials weren’t supplied on time. I think the location is good.

The daily basics were covered: the room was cleaned, there was a fresh water bottle, hot water worked, the AC cooled well, and the bathroom had soap, shampoo and toothbrushes. The toilet, closet and tissues were clean, and Farrer Park MRT is close through City Square Mall. Mustafa Centre and plenty of food options are nearby too. For Singapore, the price was quite cheap. I also loved the Ijooz orange juice machine outside the hotel. ☺️ The room layout was odd and made the space feel tiny and inefficient. I even slept facing the bathroom sink. The cupboard was in a strange spot, and the TV suddenly broke. There are windows, but they don’t open and the view isn’t appealing. I found mold in the bathroom, mostly on the wall and shower curtain, so the curtain should probably be replaced regularly. There’s no bathroom blower, which is awkward after eating biryani, and the floor gets very slippery. Some people mentioned bed bugs, but luckily I didn’t find any. The mattress and pillow were clean. The hotel asks for a 50 SGD deposit and accepts cash.

We booked two rooms for the family and stayed four nights after Christmas 2025. The rooms weren’t spacious, but there was enough room to get around comfortably. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the AC cooled us down well in the tropical heat. We didn’t see any mold on the ceilings. It’s conveniently located near Mustafa Centre and bus stops, with an MRT station within walking distance.

The bed was at least bearable, but it had hair from the previous guest on it. Clearly the sheets hadn’t been changed. Be warned! There was no hot water, and the air-con was loud. The interior is a bit run down, and the lighting design is terrible. Did I mention there’s no hot water?
