We joined two king rooms into a suite for our family and our 10-year-old, which worked really well. The hotel seems suited to small families with infants or well-behaved children. Our rooms had lovely decor, balconies and nice views, with greenery on one of them. The place has a pretty, peaceful, boutique feel. It's close to a lot, but the side entrance off the main road made it easy to take our time and get into a grab car, especially with a child. Breakfast was great and made to order, and in-room dining was prompt and tasty. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The reception team were welcoming and helpful, the restaurant staff friendly and attentive, and Ms. Zhou Xian always kept our rooms beautiful and stocked with coffee and amenities. See you again!

I booked through the Amex Fine Hotel program, which came with onsite credit, late checkout, and free breakfast. The breakfast was freshly prepared to order rather than served lukewarm from a buffet, which I preferred. I didn't get to try lunch or dinner at the restaurant, but plan to next time. The hotel is on the northern end of the Orchard shopping area, near the MRT, and the location is fantastic. My room was among the best designed I've stayed in, and the balcony tucked into the greenery was a lovely place for an evening drink. Staff were very welcoming at check-in and gave useful nearby recommendations. Pool service was easy and friendly, and the pool was kept very clean. I've stayed at several high-end Singapore hotels, and this is one of my favorites. Looking forward to coming back next month.

The staff made the stay for me: professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Assistant restaurant manager Mr Thong Shi . Yung stood out with his humble manner, and I appreciated the chance to have a nice conversation with him. The food and service were great. Check-in was efficient, the rooms clean, organized, and spacious, and the complimentary WiFi was fast. Breakfast was unlimited and cooked to order, which made a real difference compared with an unlimited breakfast bar. Late checkout was also great. If you're booking with an American Express platinum card, check whether you qualify for $125 USD credit toward drinks, dining, transportation, and even the spa. All the best.

The rooftop pool was the perfect temperature, and the room was very spacious. It's a gorgeous hotel with lovely, accommodating service. My wife and I have stayed in some very nice places, but this was our favorite by far. We'd definitely come back.

My flight was canceled because of the snow storm in NYC, so I stayed here. The staff dealt with the situation right away and gave very good service, making the unexpected stay more comfortable and less stressful. They were responsive and professional, and resolved the issue quickly. Many thanks to receptionist Mr.Yang and Jasmine at the restaurant.
