With the price and room quality, it felt fair enough, as long as you don’t expect too much. The room is small but clean enough to sleep in. The toilet and shower are together in a small room, and there’s a bidet 😭, one of the important things for Indonesian people, hehehe. They leave free drinking water for us in the room. There’s also a small place to sit near the lobby. You need to deposit SGD 100 for your stay, so prepare cash or a credit card. I prefer cash. For breakfast, Maxwell Hawker Center is close enough to walk to, and there’s a 7 eleven just a one minute walk away.

The low price made me wonder if there was a catch, but my stay was perfectly fine as a solo traveler. The room had a roomy bathroom, a bidet, and friendly staff, and the location was good. The small-room bed is very short, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 5'8". Thick walls and no window meant my mobile signal didn't work, leaving me reliant on the hotel Wi-Fi. Its security setup looked weak to me, so I wouldn't log into banking or other accounts there.

We were four, including a child and a baby, and stayed three nights. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the staff were so friendly they even gave my son cookies. They cleaned daily and replaced the towels, and topped up the basic supplies like soap, toothbrushes, and combs. The hot water and air conditioning worked well. There was also a water dispenser, so we didn't have to buy expensive bottled water.

The hotel's location made getting around convenient, but I'd choose another place in a similarly handy area. Our bed sagged and was uncomfortable, the toilet was dirty, and the door lock needs repair. The price doesn't feel justified. The photos didn't match how the place felt in person. Please improve it.
