The working staff are very friendly and work hard, but management seems to treat them disrespectfully. Management also doesn’t seem very understanding toward tenants. Communication is almost nonexistent. There’s a group chat for tenants, but management doesn’t use it, and random people sometimes show up at your door saying they were sent by management, completely surprising everyone. Staff carry out extremely intrusive, random, unscheduled room checks. As I mentioned, there’s a group chat, but almost no announcements are made. Sometimes I really have no idea what management is doing.

I stayed for three months and had a great experience. Whenever I had a request or issue, management responded quickly and sorted it out the same day.

The room had no water bottle, cupboard, or services at all. A huge painting had fallen onto the floor, and a giant rug was folded and left beside the bed, blocking me from getting down. There was no service to collect luggage to or from the room. It was horrible. I’ve never seen a hotel like this in my life, ZERO STAR. The staff didn’t seem properly trained. The place was empty, with just one worker, who seemed Bangladeshi, acting as receptionist while chatting away on his own phone.

The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and tidy, just like our room. The hotel is near Little India and very affordable. Breakfast has a limited selection, though that could be improved. : )
