The mini washer didn't always dry clothes properly, which was a bit of an issue. The hotel itself is small but clean, and I really liked the swimming pool and gym. Thanks especially to Aziz at reception, who was very helpful at checkout and made everything smooth and pleasant 🙏🏻☺️

The location is super convenient, and the staff were amazing, doing their best with what they had to make the stay good. The room, though, is very small and not especially comfortable: basically just a bed and toilet, with the sink beside the bed outside the bathroom. It isn't cleaned daily, towels aren't replaced with fresh ones, and you have to get your own toilet paper from the front desk. I really wouldn't recommend sharing a room here.

The room is small, but having access to a shared washing machine was convenient during our Singapore trip. The front desk team, Azim, Helen, and Kai, were helpful and always greeted us with a smile. My husband and I would definitely stay again.

The room's smell was so strong I could barely breathe, and after sleeping there for three days I had headaches, a sore throat, and diarrhea. I had to move out in the middle of the night. I can't imagine this happening in Singapore, a place known for cleanliness, order, and good manners. I was assigned a standard studio with no windows, at about 120 SD a night, which isn't cheap. The shared-area kitchen hood was coated in oil and smelled disgusting. I could smell it in my room even with the door shut. I asked the front desk to move me, but they sent someone to clean instead. The photo was taken after three cleanings, and the odor was still very strong. If you have other options, don't live here. At that price, please go somewhere else.
