The buffet was a real highlight, absolutely delicious and 5 stars. My family also loved the beautiful pool, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Getting into the pool can be tricky, though, and a few more steps would make access safer and easier. Outside, there's quite a lot of development at the moment. That's out of the hotel's control, but it made getting into the inner city harder. In the main reception area the air-conditioning didn't seem to work properly, and there appeared to be mould around the vent system. Mobile AC units helped during our stay, but at this price I'd expect the main system to be fully operational. We still had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our time at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. With some TLC and maintenance, it could be perfect.

This feels like a resort escape within Singapore, a good spot for a weekend away from the busy city or for tourists wanting to golf and chill. The pool is generous and refreshing, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. There's a spa and gym onsite, plus a putting course if you want to be active. We stayed one night at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and we were greeted with a pool-view room. Floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel bright and open, with lush greens and a beautiful golf course outside. The Greenhouse Cafe was average, with limited food options that tasted decent at best. The bar seating and atmosphere were nice, but its food and drinks were average too. Prices were reasonable for a country club standard, and we had cocktails at happy hour for reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet was alright, nothing like an awesome spread, but it met bare minimum standards.

Duty Manager Richard DEAN Molina made our stay comfortable and memorable. He was professional, approachable and attentive. When our room aircon wasn't cooling, he quickly arranged a transfer to a more comfortable room. He also made my wife's birthday special and plus kids memorabilia, which we truly appreciated. His dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the hotel's high standards. Thank you for the excellent service.

The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, and the pool was nice. The hotel was generally clean and quiet during my one-night stay. The lobby and other common areas were so warm, though. I felt quite hot while waiting for the shuttle bus. Otherwise, I'd have given it 5 stars.

For my birthday I was given a complimentary cake plus fruits as a Dusit member, thank you. This was my 3rd time at Dusit, celebrating my birthday again, and I really love the quiet, relaxing spa cation experience. My room faced the golf course and pool, a view that keeps inspiring me as a golfer to stay and play soon. The spa service and massage were very good, and I liked the food in Greenhouse. Much appreciated.
