Hilton Singapore Orchard

During my 48 days at Hilton Singapore Orchard, it came to feel like a second home. The location made daily life easy, with public transport connections, top-tier shopping, and endless places to eat just steps away. The people made the long stay especially comfortable. Jimmy at the Executive Lounge remembered my preferences and prepared two customized coffees for me every morning without asking. His care and consistency were a lovely way to start each day. Windy from Housekeeping also looked after my daily needs with such kindness and patience that I felt treated like family. Her warmth went beyond what her role required. Everyone I encountered was professional, attentive, and welcoming, with service beyond my expectations. Thanks to people like Jimmy and Windy, the hospitality felt well above a typical five-star experience. Whenever I’m back in Singapore, Hilton Singapore Orchard will be my first and only choice.

We had a delightful stay at Hilton Orchard Road Singapore and will be back. The room was comfortable, very well appointed, and well looked after by housekeeping. Our meals at Ginger Lily and in the executive lounge were outstanding, with well-prepared, delicious food in the lounge. The concierge team were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Lounge staff were just as good at breakfast as they were at Happy hour and dinner, always attentive, professional, and super friendly. Wonderful service from Donovan, Fairy, Sean, Chia Yi, Amorul, Eileen, HaziQ, Jimmy, Sani, and chef Lilly. Well done!

We came through Singapore three times on a Southeast Asia trip mixing business and pleasure, staying one, two, and then three nights. The hotel is clean, in a great location, and has lovely staff. Breakfast was always fabulous, with loads of variety and pleasant service. Try the juice bar. I was often out, but the front desk staff were consistently friendly and efficient. The concierge team helped with my many bags and stored what I didn’t need until my next visit. They also knew the city well and gave me useful advice on whether to take Grab or other transport. Their suggestions were always spot-on, so thank you. Wendy from housekeeping greeted me each day and cheered me up. She did a great job, and the room always looked fabulous afterward. We also spent a lot of time in the executive lounge. Jimmy was so charming and caring that it was nice to see him again at the end of the day, even briefly. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel for its location and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.

Breakfast each day was outstanding, and the executive lounge was lovely. Jimmy looked after our needs there, especially when we were craving an oat milk latte. The hotel also made my birthday surprise feel special, with a thoughtful cake and decorations, and the fruit basket and dessert tray on our first day were nice touches. The setting was beautiful, the room comfortable, and service was impeccable from check-in through check-out. I absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Singapore. A real five-star experience, and highly recommended!
