We were visiting Singapore for the first time as a couple and arrived earlier than planned, around midnight on the 31st, hoping to stay here. The hotel was full, but the receptionist on duty that night didn’t just turn us away. She kindly helped us find another hotel, and her thoughtfulness made us feel welcome and cared for. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, and that gesture left a lasting good impression. Thank you for the hospitality.

Wilson at reception helped us with local directions, places to eat, getting around, and the Chinese New Year festivities. Our four-night stay was peaceful and pleasant.

I paid $330 for a room I was promised, but when I showed my ID and asked to go in, Jaya wouldn’t let me. She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about any of the customers. They said the manager was “unable to contact,” so I was never allowed to dispute it or get a refund. Disgraceful.

We stayed three nights and found it a good hotel for the price. The receptionists were very helpful, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. It’s next to the MRT, so getting downtown is easy. Highly recommend it.

The room was basic but clean, mostly affordable, and they let us leave our bags on the last day. The location was only so-so for me: about a ten-minute walk to the MRT, and a bit out of the way from downtown, in what I understand is a seedy area.
