Hotel 81 Premier Hollywood

Ms. Titin at reception was warm, helpful, and very communicative and informative, which made our stay more pleasant. The hotel itself was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get transport and find lots of good food nearby. For an economy price, the service felt premium and the value was excellent. Thanks so much, Ms. Titin. Highly recommended!

The room was quite small and offered little storage for larger belongings, but for the price it was reasonable. It was clean and neat when I arrived, and the air con worked well. There were only two charging ports. The bed was comfortable, although the blankets were tucked in so tightly they were hard to pull out. The bathtub was fine and got very hot, but I did have some problems with the shower and drainage area. I had a Deluxe Bathtub room at Hotel 81 Premier (Hollywood), a budget hotel with distinctive decor in Geylang. Check-in took less than a minute since I’d booked through an app. WiFi worked well, although the TV only had local channels during my stay. The room had a small safe and dryer in the drawers, a mini fridge, toothbrushes, coffee and tea packets, and separate shampoo and body wash dispensers. The staff were great. They tagged my umbrella when I left it in the lobby, and when I asked for coffee packets in the middle of the night, they brought quite a lot to the room quickly. The nearest bus stop is a few minutes away, and the MRT is about a 15-minute walk. There are minimarts and restaurants nearby. I was happy with the stay and found it a good budget option.

I was treated well by the staff and have nothing negative to say about them. The hotel is definitely budget, though. I stayed two nights on the fifth floor, where sound carried everywhere. I could hear conversations through the walls and footsteps along the whole hallway.
