The location was excellent, right beside Jewel and easy to find, but the service was poor. Our flight cancellations delayed us, and when we finally checked in at 11pm, even though our booking was for a 6pm check-in, we were told the room wasn’t ready. It seemed like they’d given it to someone else. We had another flight very early the next morning and only wanted to sleep. Other groups who arrived after us got their keys straight away, which made it even more frustrating. At checkout, the girl at the desk seemed more interested in watching videos on her phone than helping guests. The rooms are small and only suit a very short stay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re staying just a few hours. For a longer visit, you can get a bigger room for less by going into town. Check the hours carefully: check-in is at 6pm and checkout at 9am. Our original booking showed 11am, and we had thought that was the checkout time.

The bed was a real surprise. It was very comfortable, the electric incline worked well, and the pillows and mattress gave me a much better night’s sleep than I expected. The room was also well soundproofed. I liked the mood lighting and the plentiful cold water dispensers around the hotel. The rooms are small, but have what you need, and the shower is a good size. The location inside Jewel is easy to access and follow the instructions for, including Lobby H. You can get better hotels farther into the city for the price, but here you’re paying for convenience near Changi. I’d stay again.

The location is very convenient since it’s at the airport, though it’s quite a walk late at night. The bed was very comfortable. The rest of our experience was rough. We arrived at 1am and waited about 20 minutes because of system issues. Staff didn’t explain what was going on, and seemed frustrated and unfriendly. It didn’t feel like a warm welcome. The room was humid, but the AC could only be adjusted by the front desk. There was no tea or coffee, and just one shower towel for the two of us. The holder for the shampoo and body wash bottles was loose, so we had to support it while using a bottle in case it fell out of the wall. One USB port didn’t work, and the other made a high-pitched sound when something was plugged in. The room was also quite worn. We booked a premium queen but it felt more like the cheapest hotel.

The complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge were a nice touch, especially with the lovely indoor waterfall view. Since the hotel is inside Jewel Changi Airport, the location is exceptionally convenient, particularly for airport transit. We stayed three nights. The room is compact, and getting into and out of the bed on the wall side was awkward because there’s so little space. The cabin-style size was shown in the photos, so we expected that. What we didn’t expect was housekeeping only every two days. In such a small room, rubbish takes up space quickly. After we asked reception several times, they kindly helped at least by taking the trash away. Check-in at 6:00 PM and check-out at 9:00 AM are unusual hours, but the hotel had made them clear beforehand, and we accepted that policy. It was a decent stay overall.
