I booked this room for 7 nights in Singapore through Agoda, but what I found at check-in was very disappointing. The room was dirty and had such a strong musty, moldy smell that it felt uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay there. The actual condition was nothing like the clean, well-maintained room shown in the photos on Agoda. Please help resolve this as soon as possible. I’m asking for either a full refund or an immediate move to a clean, hygienic room that matches the listing description and pictures.

The surroundings are a little old, and I hope the hotel can be repaired and improved by my next visit. Still, I was satisfied with the service, especially how the counter staff and manager arranged things so I could check in successfully. Thank you very much. I’ll come again if I get the chance.

I really like Singapore, but I hated staying in this hotel. The room smelled so bad and musty that I could barely breathe, and it was old too. There’s no elevator, and the room looked nothing like the Agoda pictures. I felt like the trip was ruined. I booked four nights, and every evening I stayed out until 10 or 11 because I couldn’t face going back. I sat in the nearby McDonald until late, then returned to shower and sleep with a mask on so I could fall asleep. Each morning I couldn’t wait to leave and start my day. I’m sure people who are prone to allergies could get sick staying here. I’m very upset. I don’t understand how the hotel can know about these bad reviews and still not care or fix the problems, or spend money on basic service. It feels like they’re fine with one person having a bad stay because another unsuspecting guest will be drawn in by the “beautiful” pictures. I’ve travelled a lot over the past 20 years and don’t need luxury, but this experience scared me. From now on I’ll read reviews carefully when booking. I couldn’t wait to get home and stop sleeping in that smelly room.

We’d booked two nights, but left after just one because the smell and conditions were unbearable. The room had a mouldy odor throughout, a filthy carpet, a dirty air conditioner and spider webs everywhere. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable, 0/10. I was extremely disappointed.
