The Kings Studio was very nice, and Ms Jhonna gave good service. Check-in was meant to be at 3 pm, but one of my companions wasn’t feeling well, so we asked to come in earlier. Thanks to Ms Jhonna for helping us with that. The only downside was construction next door, which made it a bit noisy during the day.

Jhonna was so kind and helpful, and the hospitality was top notch. Our small family found the room comfortable, with a little kitchen, a washing machine, drinking water, and a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and Parkway Parade was about a 10-minute walk away.

East Coast Park is a 10-minute walk away, handy for a stroll or bike ride, and Tanjong Katong station is only about five minutes on foot, despite what Google says. The staff were lovely, polite, quick to help, and accommodating with special requests. The rooms are basic but practical. My AC needed fixing, and someone came within 30 minutes of me reporting it. The sheets and towels were a little worn.

I spent four nights in King Studio 118. The location was good, and the onsite staff were helpful. The room had a kitchenette, washing machine, microwave, and other useful things, but it felt smaller than the stated 280/300 sq. ft. Housekeeping and towel or bathroom mat changes happen only once in six days, so we had to ask for extras. There were no drinking water bottles, even though Agoda says they provide them.
