The room was clean, maintained well, and had the standard amenities, though it felt small by Intercontinental standards. Check-in was quick and easy, if not especially memorable. There’s a lot nearby, with attractions within walking distance and plenty of restaurants. I liked the relaxed lounge and its snack selection, and had a great outdoor meal at Publico. The atmosphere was good, the food excellent, and the portions generous. Check-out was the rough part. One staff member was handling a line of about eight people. They eventually brought in another staff member and then a manager, but it took too long, and several guests had already become impatient by the time things were under control.

The staff were a real highlight, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They recognized my membership at check-in, took time to explain the benefits, and made sure things were arranged properly. It felt personal, not transactional. Robertson Quay is a lovely riverside area with restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s quieter and more relaxed than the main tourist areas. Our room was on the small side, but thoughtfully laid out, clean, and modern, so it didn’t feel cramped. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the good linens and bathroom amenities. It felt cozy and suited a short city stay well. We had a really pleasant stay at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. The comfort, service, and recognition for members made it a great experience despite the room size. I’d happily come back and recommend it, especially to an IHG member looking for a well-run hotel in a nice neighborhood.

The river views at sunrise and sunset were so relaxing, and the hotel’s location and comfort were both superb. At Club InterContinental, the service really stood out. Chef Jason deserves a mention for the snacks, especially the Maple Chicken Wings. They were tender, with just the right hint of sweet maple aroma, and the best wings I’ve had recently. ESWARAN was especially attentive and checked in at just the right moments to make sure I was comfortable. His professional, charming hospitality made the stay feel personal and premium. I had a wonderful time and left feeling completely de-stressed. Highly recommended!

From the attentive, warm staff to the convenient location, our stay at InterContinental was outstanding. The service was flawless throughout. It’s right in the city center, walking distance from Circular Quay, shops, and top restaurants, with the MRT just five minutes away. Luxury and convenience together. Highly recommend.
