Hotel Royal

The coffee house staff were humble and provided excellent service to guests. I’d be happy to book again next time. At Hotel Royal, Mingxin and Priscilia welcomed me warmly and made my stay comfortable. The staff were polite, professional and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated their attentive hospitality and excellent customer service.

The spacious rooms and quiet corridors made this hotel easy to live in for a longer stay. I’m on day 18 of a stay that’s more than 30 days, and I’ve been very happy here. It isn’t flashy or made for Instagram, but it feels comfortable and well cared for. The building’s older, yet it’s immaculately clean and well maintained, with none of the musty smell you sometimes get in older places. You can see the recent renovations. The hotel runs smoothly, and the experienced team clearly enjoys working together. Their relaxed, familiar rhythm makes service calm, friendly, and efficient, without fuss or drama. Wi-Fi is generally fine, though it can be inconsistent. Bedside power outlets would be a useful upgrade for a long stay. Spencer at the front desk deserves a mention too. His daily humor is a great start to the day, and he’s gone out of his way to keep my stay smooth and stress-free. A comfortable, exceptionally well-managed place, especially for longer stays. Highly recommended.

The location made exploring and finding places to shop and eat easy, with Hotel Royal right next to Untied Square Mall. We stayed for half a month, and Spencer in particular went out of his way to make us comfortable. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable that we slept well after sightseeing. Breakfast was a fresh, delicious buffet, and we enjoyed the well-kept pool and fitness center too. I was very impressed with the stay and would highly recommend Hotel Royal in Singapore. The comfortable room, location, and especially Spencer’s service made it memorable. I’ll come back to hotel Royal on my next trip.

The staff were the best part of our stay, especially Mr. Spencer. He was courteous, professional, and always ready to help, and his hospitality made a real difference. Hotel Royal Singapore was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, a solid 4-star stay. The rooms are a little dated but tidy, and the location is convenient. My only small complaint was not having a charging point near the bed, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was great. I’d recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again.
