The rooms are comfortable, and the location is handy, but there’s nothing fancy about the place. The elevators feel badly undersized, so during the breakfast rush expect waits of around 10 minutes going up or down. Western guests could also use a wider breakfast selection.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a cozy feel that made it relaxing to stay in. Wi-Fi worked well and was fast. Breakfast was fresh, with lots of good options. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The location is great, and the rooms feel modern, clean, and brand new. I’m not sure why the hotel says it only had a facelift, because everything in my room seemed new and worked well. They’ve made good use of the space. It’s excellent value for money, and I’d come back without hesitation.

I enjoyed the stay, and the rooms were clean and well kept. The location suited me as a solo traveler: two MRT stations are nearby, and vegan and vegetarian food is easy to find around Little India. The front desk experience was frustrating. They took a $100 deposit in case I used the minibar, but it wasn’t stocked. The check-in manager said it would be returned at checkout, but that didn’t happen. It actually took 20-22 days and about 5-7 emails to get the money back. That felt like deliberate misinformation, so zero marks for the front desk. Housekeeping gets five stars for keeping the rooms in good condition. I would still recommend the property, but be aware of the front desk team.
