STORIES Joo Chiat, a Hotel by Cove - Paya Lebar, Singapore - NEWLY RENOVATED

I’m staying at STORIES Joo Chiat, a Hotel by Cove - Paya Lebar for three nights while the air-conditioning at home is pressure-tested and repaired. When the air-conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, Fai came up with me to check it and quickly arranged a room change. I was settled comfortably without delay. He’s been warm, welcoming and professional since check-in, and his attentiveness and initiative really stood out. Fai at the front desk deserves recognition for his excellent service.

Jaffar was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His kindness and professionalism stood out, and I’m grateful to him. The whole team was friendly, attentive and ready to help throughout my pleasant stay at Joo Stories Joo Chiat Hotel by Cove in Singapore. Service was good all around, and I’d recommend the place. I hope to come back!

We left today with a heavy heart and plenty of good memories. Stories by Cove looked posh from the moment we walked in, with a well-kept lobby and a great waiting area. We stayed for two weeks because we needed to be out of our home during the HIP programme, and the location was splendid, with lots of halal food nearby. Jaffar at reception and the maintenance staff were always helpful, smiling and focused on service. They made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. Definitely a hotel I’d recommend in the area. Kudos 👏🏽

I stayed at Stories for a few days while work was being done in my apartment. There are so many places to eat nearby, and the location was perfect. The team helped with everything I needed, and the service was great. The room was a decent size and had the essentials, including toiletries and tea and coffee facilities.
