The housekeeping missed my room, but when I told the staff at the counter, they sorted it quickly. The service was good overall. The MRT station nearby made getting around easy, and two malls right downstairs had plenty of food and drink options. This was my first stay here, after a friend recommended it. My room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view and a spacious toilet that was just right for one person. I appreciated the free TV channels, especially getting to watch a badminton match live at no charge. With Christmas coming up, the tree in the lobby and live band performances added a festive feel to the stay. It was a pleasant, convenient spot for a staycation, and I'd recommend it! 😁

The concierge and reception staff really stood out. Nothing was a problem, and they handled everything with a smile. Deb and Peter thoroughly recommend this place, and send many thanks. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the service was exceptional. The location made it easy to reach the MRT through an underground walkway accessed by a lift in the hotel. A shopping complex was only about 50m away, with plenty of shops and places to eat, plus a small supermarket for picking up supplies. What a great place to stay in Singapore.

The bed and pillows were amazing, and we slept like babies. Even with a large tourist group checking in at the same time as us, Mr. Saifirman, Mr. Daniel and Mr. Jahan were friendly, attentive and handled everything efficiently. We also had trouble finding the Qibla direction, and Mr. Saifirman kindly helped us work it out. The hotel is quiet and peaceful despite having direct access to Novena MRT Station, a nearby mall and hospitals within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The club lounge food was excellent, and having the shopping mall connected to the hotel made the location very convenient. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. The room was spotless, with a beautiful view and a relaxing bathtub, though rain hitting the windows could get loud. The lounge-exclusive pool was quiet and very clean. Lounge guests could also enjoy complimentary services on different days. I tried the massage and was extremely happy with it. One staff member especially stayed in my mind for her thoughtful, warm service and smile, which felt truly healing. All the staff were kind and warm, with excellent service from beginning to end.

On my business trip, I found the hotel modern, well organized and clean, with efficient service and quiet surroundings that suited a work stay particularly well. Mr. Sir was especially helpful and professional. His courteous, attentive manner meant I got prompt assistance suited to my business needs and made the stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore for business who wants high quality service.
