The owner confirmed our booking on whatsapp, but when we arrived to check in, they turned us away. I was with my family of five, including a baby, and we ended up lingering on the street while booking another hotel 1.5 km away. The staff couldn’t speak even very basic English.

We booked the hotel six months before departure, then it suddenly cancelled itself. Absolutely awful. TRAVELOKA didn’t take responsibility for the interest cost, and I hate the whole thing. Never go to duke crystal !!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of meal options nearby, including durian 36, a supermarket, and a food court.
