The washing machine leaked and left a pool of water in the kitchen, and the refrigerator wasn't working on the first day. The AC units were no use, with some not functioning properly at all. There was no working exterior light by the BBQ pit, so it was very dark, and the pit still had old charcoal when we arrived. Inside, the ceilings were mouldy and the tables, chairs, and floor were dirty and sticky. We had to ask management for a mop and clean it ourselves. Some chairs felt so unstable they seemed likely to break. The bathrooms were extremely dirty too.

The one good thing was the location, near the beach and playground, and the BBQ was alright. The stay itself was uncomfortable. We were promised proper beds, but the tents had airbeds. There was supposed to be air conditioning, but only one pathetic air cooler was there, and it barely worked, so it was very warm. The toilets were dirty, and the kids couldn't sleep well because every movement made noise. Service wasn't up to standard. The foreign workers running the place couldn't make decisions while the boss was away.

The staff were all lovely, and the place was quiet, clean, and tidy. We had a great time celebrating a birthday there. The Chelet was huge, with plenty of beds for everyone, and it exceeded our expectations. I’d happily recommend it for a weekend away with family or friends.

The setting by the bay is the main reason I gave this place a 4. The photos I posted show why I liked the location so much. There’s also an open-air spot where families can bring their own food and prepare a barbecue. The tents we rented for a celebration were quite worn, with stains all over, and didn’t feel very clean or hygienic.

It was a really unpleasant stay, and we won’t be back. The tent was humid, and the tiny air cooler barely did anything. Our original booking was for a dome, but they were all so dirty that we were moved to a smaller tent. The dome had a mouldy fridge and a fan; in the smaller one we got only an air cooler and an uncomfortable air mattress. The fairy lights kept flashing on and off, giving everyone a headache, and there wasn’t proper lighting inside.
