The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore

We came to Singapore for the first time and already have flights booked for November. It won’t be our last visit, and we’ll stay here again. We stayed here twice in the past month, and both visits were spectacular. The staff made our stay memorable and really know how to provide service. Our suite had a balcony, automatic curtains in each room, and a high-end, luxurious bathroom with bubble bath. The rooms feel five-star, and the breakfast each morning was divine. The hotel is right by the subway, and getting to Chiangi for our early flight to Thailand was quick.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the breakfast staff were especially polite and professional. I’d like to thank all of them, with special thanks to Mr. David for his professionalism. He made sure our stay was pleasant and suggested sightseeing spots and activities that suited our child. Check-in was smooth, and the lady handling it was capable and greeted us with great hospitality. This felt like a very family-friendly place. The hotel offers luxury service, and the staff are attentive and polite.

Breakfast was wonderful, with excellent food quality and anything you could wish for. The hotel’s design is beautiful, and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cheryl, who was so kind. We spent three days here to celebrate a special anniversary, and the hotel made it even more special. The location is very good, with the underground reachable directly from inside the arcade a few steps from the hotel.

David, the Hotel Security Manager, helped make our five days in Singapore seamless and stress-free. He planned a daily agenda with us, explained the best routes, arranged transportation, and made sure we were ready each morning. His advice made our visits to Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown, Little India, Arab Street, and CHIJMES easy and enjoyable. He checked in every day to make sure we were “good to go,” and shared thoughtful recommendations and timing tips. We’re very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend the hotel, and if you meet David, you’re in excellent hands! We had a wonderful five-night stay at The Capitol Kempinski Singapore. It’s elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the city. David’s help was what truly made our visit exceptional.
