This will be our third visit to the Treetops, and the experience has been consistent. We've enjoyed every stay, always in the two-bedroom service apartments with a balcony, which work well for our family of four. It's an excellent choice if you want to be near the MRT and within walking distance of orchard road. The botanical gardens are also a short walk away.

The free shuttle to Gardens by the Bay, the Botanical Gardens and nearby shopping centres like Wisma and ION was handy. There’s also a gym and swimming pool, and my husband and kids really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Our room was kept clean every day except Sundays, thanks to Ms Zurita and Ms Dewi. The place was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, with Orchard ION, FORUM and Tanglin malls nearby. Room: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5

We spent a week here as a family and felt it was worth it. There are free snacks, breakfast, a gym and a pool at the service apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Orchard MRT and Orchard ION are fairly close too.

Breakfast was the main reason I took off a star. We were here for more than a week, but the choices barely changed, and it didn't feel especially suited to kids. It was the same eggs and cereal, with pancakes or waffles. Maybe the chef could mix things up a bit. We had a lovely family gathering across three generations, including young children, and the location was great with really good staff. The surroundings and pool looked a little tired, and there was nowhere to move the pool chairs into shade, so sunburn was a risk. Apart from that, it was a very pleasant stay.

We spent a month here as a family of four at the start of an assignment and had a really enjoyable stay. The atmosphere was nice, the room was comfortable and the pool area was pleasant. The staff were friendly too. Thanks, TreeTops. I'd happily come back if the chance comes up.
