The room was spotless, and the balcony was a lovely place to take in the view. It’s outside town, so having a car is useful. There was some confusion because the host expected cash, but she was able to take a card when I checked out.

Anita was a very good host, and the villa sits in beautiful, quiet surroundings with no traffic noise. It’s a welcome escape from hectic city life. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view, and there’s parking outside. The centre of Bled is an easy 15-minute walk away. I strongly recommend the place.

I came with friends and was made to leave after the first night over a noise complaint, even though the complaint was about me quietly walking up the stairs at night. Another group of young students was evicted on their first day too. The owners were extremely unfriendly, and the rooms were only average. There are much cheaper, nicer places nearer the lake. I wouldn’t recommend this at all, and I won’t stay here again.

The second-floor apartment had great views, though the sloping shape of the house could be awkward for tall people. We had beds, towels, toiletries, a equipped kitchen, and parking at the property. The owner speaks English and gave us an early check-in at 9:30 am when we asked, which helped a lot after a long trip. Payment was the odd part: they said cards weren’t accepted, so we had to pay the full amount in cash, and this hadn’t been mentioned anywhere. Breakfast was offered only to guests in rooms without kitchens. Even though we were willing to pay extra, the owner said we couldn’t have it because our apartment had a kitchen.
