The hospitality is what I’ll remember most about Penzion Berc. I arrived by train late, and they arranged an easy after hours check in. Alen at reception also made sure I had transport to and from the station. They really cared about my trip and my safety, and always greeted me with a smile. We chatted about my home country, and they seemed genuinely interested in my visit. On a very rainy day they offered me an umbrella, suggested places for views and meals, and even had breakfast ready a few minutes early on my last day. It felt like spending the week with lovely friends who also gave me space when I wanted it. The place was beautiful and comfortable, with everything within walking distance. I’ll take their welcoming spirit and smiling faces home with me. There are lots of places to stay in Bled, but this is the one I’d choose. It also had its own charm, a great breakfast, spacious rooms, and was clean and well located.

The staff were incredibly kind, and the lodgings had a rustic, quaint feel. Breakfast was delicious, and it was close to Bled. We asked ahead about transport because we’d be arriving late, and the penzion arranged it for us. Alen sent a video showing where our keys would be and checked that we’d made it to the room. We loved our stay and will definitely return in summer. I’d recommend this penzion to anyone visiting Bled.

It was an easy, pleasant walk to the lake, and we felt we’d picked one of the best areas to stay. The rooms, breakfast, and atmosphere were all excellent. We’re very happy we stayed here and are sure we’ll come back.

Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choice, and absolutely delicious. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The place is also close to the lake and all the activities. We had the best time and can’t wait to return. It’s one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed, and I can’t rate it highly enough.

The best part for us was the complimentary e bikes. We had so much fun exploring the city on them. The place was adorable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent. It’s close to the lake but not right in the busy area. Breakfast was good, and they also offered complimentary drinks and cookies. I’d highly recommend staying here.
