Holiday lake Bled

We had a very pleasant five night stay at Holiday Lake Bled. It's a five minute walk to the lake, and the photo online of room no 5 showed exactly what we got. We only met Oskar on arrival. He seemed rushed, but still gave us all the information we needed and patiently answered our questions. The main thing we missed was a broom. The bathroom is rather small and could use renovation: the fan doesn't work, so mold starts growing on the ceiling, and there are also signs of mold in the shower cabin.

The apartment is big and has everything you need, including a kettle, filter coffee machine, and pod coffee machine. There’s also a common lounge, handy if you’re travelling as a group. Highly recommended. Take the bus to Bled Mlino, about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Being a little farther out adds to the charm, with fewer tourists around.

Parking is available right in front of the apartments, and the provided bicycles make the trip quicker. The lake is only a few minutes away on foot, while the centre takes about 20 minutes to reach walking.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Oskar, and there's a laundry room for guests. Our rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen fully stocked, and the bathrooms spotless. It's a calm, quiet place, yet only five minutes on foot from Lake Bled and near the viewpoint trail. Great for a short or longer stay. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
