A friend introduced me to this holiday accommodation. It’s a luxurious place to stay, with room for two families to enjoy a comfortable break together.

A great place for a family or friends’ holiday. The hosts were professional, and the pool was great.

There were 10 of us, and we all had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The owner stocked the pantry, fridge, and utility room, and the facilities are impressive. Downstairs, a bakery can deliver bread to the apartment each day for up to €10. There’s ping pong, a pool, a barbecue on a terrace with mountain views, and a sauna, though the sauna wasn’t really our thing.

The main reason for our low rating was the bakery on the ground floor. Baking and packing started in the evening and went on all night. In the two downstairs bedrooms we heard rumbling, vibrations, and even the bakers talking, so we couldn’t use those rooms. The bakery’s exhaust pipes run through the garden, leaving an unpleasant baking smell in the air. We expected something quite different and definitely wouldn’t book again. There were some good points: the house was large and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the fridge, fruit baskets, and pantry had tasty food and drinks for us. More than €100 was also available for buying breakfast at the bakery downstairs. But the bathrooms and kitchen are dated, and the kitchen and wardrobes badly need organizing. Every drawer and compartment was full, so we had to shift towels, blankets, and other things just to make space for our clothes. Air conditioning is only in two bedrooms and the living room. And despite how the pictures may look, the wooden house is just a one-bedroom cottage in the garden; the other bedrooms are in the main house.
