We stayed three nights with our 12-year-old son, and there were plenty of food options at breakfast and beyond. We could eat in the huge indoor restaurant or on the covered outdoor terrace surrounded by nature. The hotel is in a quiet rural spot, yet well placed for exploring the area, including Bled lake, tobogganing, and vintgar gorge. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully kept, with a balcony that was perfect for unwinding in the evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and will definitely return. ❤️

The breakfast was fine, though it was a shame that the freshly cooked eggs were tucked away outside at the back, where hardly anyone seemed to know about them. The shower sprayed sideways and got my hair wet when I didn’t want it to. We visited with a stroller, and the hotel was wheelchair accessible. It’s a truly magical hotel in a great location, with beautiful surroundings.

On behalf of our Polish group, I want to thank the whole team at Ribno Alpine Resort for the wonderful hospitality. The hotel has a special atmosphere and a beautiful setting. The ladies at reception were especially friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Julian Alps. Best regards :)

The dinner buffet had a wonderful selection, and the team were very helpful and accommodating. The place has a cosy, homely feel, with wooden furniture and decorations throughout, plus amazing bicycle memorabilia. It’s in a beautiful setting and has a zero-waste policy. Highly recommend.

It’s a quiet spot, and parking is included in the stay, which isn’t standard everywhere in Slovenia. Bled’s lake isn’t within walking distance, but it’s only a few minutes away by car. The hotel is nice, and the breakfast buffet is tasty with something for everyone.
