The village is charming and just a short drive from Lake Bled. The apartment was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, and having a washing machine was handy. We’d expected garden space, but there was only a small balcony. There were no blankets, and the frying pans were very old and need replacing.

The owner was very responsive while we arranged things, even with our fairly late arrival. The price is a little high, though reasonable for what you get. It’s an excellent base for seeing Bled Castle and Lake Bled. The apartment was clean and spacious, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is tucked into a closet but has everything you might need. It’s a little out of the way, so pick up breakfast groceries first, though there are several supermarkets and shops within 2-3 km. Parking is right outside the front door. We stayed just one night, having booked through a well-known platform.

The landlords were friendly and the accommodation was very nice. There are two bathrooms and toilets, something the description doesn’t make clear.
