Bed&Breakfast Karun

The host was really friendly, and the premises were new, neat and tidy. There was regular room service and everything was included. I enjoyed my time in Slovenia and the beautiful views of the countryside. I'd recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting the area.

The view of the mountains is superb, and the whole building, rooms and exterior are so tidy that you can't help liking the place. The staff at B&B Karun are incredibly kind, more like close friends or family than hotel staff. They offer breakfast, an elevator, a vending machine for nighttime snacks, and a designated ski equipment storage area for guests skiing at Krvavec. My wife and I stayed there for our wedding in Kranj, at a nearby restaurant, Gostilna pod Krvavcem. When we returned to our room, they'd prepared an amazing bouquet and greeting card, made towel swans, and added a "bed of roses" decoration. It was far more than we'd ever expected.

A handy place to stay, about a 30-minute drive from Slovenia’s capital. Just keep in mind breakfast costs an extra 8 euros per person.

They even had a bag ready for us early in the morning, packed with everything we needed and then some. There were candies for the baby too, a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious, neat, and really clean, and the staff were excellent. Thanks again!
