We had a great time and would like to return. The hotel is clean and cosy, with polite, friendly staff and lovely service. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the central location was great. Special thanks to Mr. Marko at reception, who helped us a lot when we needed it.

We arrived at night from Ljubljana airport just to spend the night, and slept well in a very spacious, large suite. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was a good, varied buffet. We also enjoyed the restaurant's view over the city and nearby mountains. Hotel Creina is right in the heart of Kranj's Old Town, which made walking around easy, and free guest parking was a stress-free bonus despite arriving by car. The friendly, professional staff welcomed me and were ready to help with anything I needed.

The hotel's central spot in Kranj was great, and we were comfortable in our room. The food was delicious, too. The staff were kind and professional, especially Emina and Marko, who made our stay memorable.

The food was good, but after three days in a three-bed room on the 4th floor, I'm not convinced this should be a four-star hotel. The wifi was awful, and our third bed was an armchair that converts into one. It was very uncomfortable, with no mattress, and a broken section was supposedly “fixed” with duct tape. That piece kept falling off.

The view over the city and mountains is stunning. Marco was fantastic, and the service was great, but the rooms and breakfast were mediocre.
