There’s lots to do around here, from hiking and ice skating to skiing and sledding. The location is fantastic for Planica, Kranjska Gora, and Tarvisio. The apartments are clean, nicely equipped, and roomy enough for kids to play. Definitely recommend!

Lea gave us all the support we needed. The house is close to the village square, where there’s mostly free parking. We stayed a week in penthouse apartment 8, which was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with lots of windows looking out over the mountains in Slovenia and Italia. The weather changed quickly at times, but we could keep the temperature comfortable throughout. We enjoyed the apartment and the tasty food at local restaurants, on the hills, and on the Italian side. We hope to return to Julian Experience for another hiking trip.

The village is peaceful and well placed, making it a great base for activities and some time away. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. My friends and I had a great stay at Julian Explore. The owner was lovely, quick and easy to communicate with, and glad to share tips for things to do nearby. We’d absolutely recommend it and would come back!

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the equipment is practical. Its best feature is the peaceful setting, surrounded by mountains. The cleaning could have been more thorough. Quite a bit of hair from previous guests was left on the sofa and in the bathroom, among other places, which took away from the overall impression.
