Triangel Boutique Hotel

We rented bikes from the hotel and followed an easy, safe cycle track into town, with routes to many of the main sights. There are lovely walks starting from the hotel too, and it’s perfectly placed for exploring the area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a big terrace and mountain-facing windows, plus a lovely freestanding bath. We also received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our room type. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding: beautiful food, a long list of local wines by the glass, and great staff recommendations. Before eating, we enjoyed a glass of sparkling local wine at the fire pit. Our two-night stay at the Triangel was faultless. We only wish we’d booked longer. Highly recommend.

We came for a peaceful weekend to unwind before my friend’s wedding, and the staff helped arrange a surprise cake and champagne. The hotel has lovely views of the mountains and is surrounded by greenery and nature. Everything felt just right, from the calm setting to the atmosphere and service. We’d definitely come back.

We loved having good hikes start right from the hotel. The spa is small, but since we had it to ourselves, it was just right. Our room was cozy, the view was stunning, and the bed was really comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious too. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The meal and wine pairing night was a real highlight. The food was beautiful, and the service was second to none. My partner and I visited out of season, so we were the only guests for the first couple of nights. Breakfast was more like English afternoon tea, and I was very happy to have cheese and cakes in the morning. I ended up here by chance after the staff at Vila Planinka said the room I had booked might not be available on my dates because of renovations. I'm so glad it worked out that way. The room had a breathtaking view, there was plenty to explore nearby, and the staff were exceptional. I'd highly recommend the hotel and hope to come back for another magical break.
