Galeria Rooms

Room 5 had great air conditioning, and the location was great too. But the shower was clogged, and after we told reception, nothing improved. The shower holder was broken as well. It wasn’t terrible, but it fell short of what we expected.

Galeria was a perfect stay for us. The apartment was clean and really spacious, with a huge comfortable bed and a lovely view of the street below. It’s in a quiet area close to the city center, and the main restaurants and walking strip are only five minutes away. They cleaned our room every couple of days and left fresh towels. We’d absolutely come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Location is perfect, right in the city center, with the bus station a 12-minute walk away. The ladies at reception were always kind and helpful. That’s about all I can praise. The pillows had almost no fluff, barely enough to call them pillows, and the bed was hilariously uncomfortable. The shower head was broken too. A hotel’s job is to give guests a comfortable sleep and a proper shower, and Gloria failed at both. We stayed nine nights and didn’t get the room cleaned once. They say cleaning is only once every two days, which is totally fine, but I suppose the cleaners come early in the morning. If you’re in the room then, you miss your chance for the rest of your stay. It felt like a game.

The city center is about 0.3 km away, and the Dragon Bridge and other nice sights are just a few minutes from here.
