The location is right in the middle of everything, and I liked that they keep the biggest room to six people even though it could fit 18. It feels like they care about people more than profit. Keep cool, and thanks for being so hospitable 😎

You can explore Ljubljana from here without needing public transport, and the airport bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away. My room faced a central street at the back of the building, but it wasn't especially busy. I stayed in a spacious, fresh-looking four-bed dorm, with big lockers that worked with the room key, and got a bath towel at check-in. The room was very clean. There's a small shared kitchen on the first floor with a kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and cutlery. The receptionists I met were really helpful and friendly. There aren't separate women's and men's dorms, but the receptionist said they try to keep genders apart where they can. There were three women and one man in my room, while the room next door had four men.

It was a peaceful, comfortable stay in a really pleasant setting. Just be aware there are four floors and no elevator.

The staff were great, and I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful place. The mattress and pillow were comfortable, too. It's very handy for exploring, just a few steps from the main area, with bus stops about five minutes away. My only gripe was that the kitchen had no dining table, though there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
