We could walk to the historical center in under ten minutes, and the river nearby has nice bars and cafes for coffee or a drink. The neighborhood felt quiet, safe, and local, and Jakob Franc Gostilna nearby was very good. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with a great bed and pillows, good lighting, and plenty of hot water for the shower. The kitchen had all the basics for a longer stay, including coffee, teas, spices, and oils; the bathroom had extras like qtips, face pads, body wash, and cleaning supplies. There’s a patio with comfy furniture and outdoor lights, plus a parking spot right outside down a narrow side alley. Check-in with the key lockbox was easy. Communication with the host was fantastic, and she sent lots of useful information and recommendations for visiting the city.

Everything was clean, tidy, and in good condition, and the host was kind, attentive, and quick to answer questions. She made us feel at home and had the apartment supplied with just about everything: towels, blankets, a hairdryer, kitchen and cleaning supplies, toiletries, pots and pans, a moka pot, coffee, herbal teas, spices, and oil. We also liked having a bedroom TV with Netflix and YouTube, so we could watch films and videos in our language. Free parking right outside made unloading easy, and the city center was about a ten-minute walk away. A really positive stay for a couple, and the apartment and host made us fall for Ljubljana.

The owner was genuinely kind and attentive, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was brand new, furnished well, and spotless, with a nice shower bathroom, a charming kitchenette with various appliances, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Reserved parking was available, and the city center was a ten-minute walk away. A great apartment for a visit to beautiful Ljubljana.
