The apartment is lovely and comfortable, even though it’s only one floor. It sits at the foot of the mountain, so the scenery is really beautiful. The women who run it are kind and helpful, and speak lots of languages.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the holiday apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of care. Coming by car? Follow the owners’ directions carefully. Trying to plot the route with Google Maps or Apple Maps will cause trouble and send you around in circles.

Set on a sunny slope at the foot of the Castle, the place has clean mountain air and a magnificent outlook over the old town and its churches. On a clear day you can see all the way across southeastern Ljubljana. Walking up the steep mountain road every day makes for excellent exercise.
