B&B Pod vrbo

The portions were filling, and the food was really good. Our waiter was very nice, and the service was good too.

The outdoor tables at Pod Vrbo are lovely, tucked under beautiful trees in a quiet spot. We ended up booking the restaurant for a small evening get together with some of my Slovenian relatives, and the staff were awesome. The chef is great, and the waiters were so accommodating. Try the motovilec s fižolom and sour cherry strudel, they’re an absolute must. Their Štruklji rule too, as do the house wines. My friend and I stayed there about 10 days and couldn’t have been happier. The accommodation is perfectly located and convenient, with parking, and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing and friendly, which you don’t always get at a BnB. Breakfast was excellent too. Ljubljana is lucky to have a place like this. No need to look anywhere else next time, Pod Vrbo is it! Breda (from Canada).

The waiter was patient and kind with all the questions I had, and the food was wonderful. It was my first time in Slovenia, and I like to try traditional dishes when I visit a new country. I ordered roasted veal liver, a portion of fruit struklji, and a 0.33 Union beer.

The room and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. Breakfast was included and awesome, and the staff’s service went beyond what we expected. We’ve been travelling around Europe for the past 3 weeks, and this is easily our favourite place we’ve stayed. Loved the place and the staff, and I’d highly recommend it.
