The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home, and the spa and gym were great too. Staff were a highlight throughout, from Rebekka at check-in, who was friendly, quick and informative, to the restaurant and spa teams, who were all charming and professional. Breakfast had plenty of choice and used quality ingredients. Coffee, tea and special breakfast dishes were made to order, fresh and served without a wait. The restaurant ran smoothly, and the staff deserve praise for how well they handled everything. The spa was clean and well managed, and the gym had a good selection of machines and free weights. I would've liked more pillow options. Superb hotel, highly recommended.

The food really stood out, both in quality and presentation, and was better than I usually expect at a conference venue. The conference rooms were comfortable, well equipped and easy to get around, which made the event run smoothly. The hotel has a premium feel from the entrance, with a spacious, elegant lobby and modern design. It manages to combine business needs with comfort and style. I'd happily come back for another conference or a personal stay.

The staff were amazing, and our room was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were great too, especially the three different saunas. The hotel arranged a private car to Lake Bled, which is a must-do. Buses and trains are right across the street, with markets, restaurants and shops all around. Can't wait to return!

We had five great days at this fantastic five-star hotel in central Ljubljana. The rooms were great, and both the restaurant and breakfast were gorgeous. It's five minutes from the train and bus stations. Walk about ten minutes to the river, where there are lots of restaurants, bars, shops and tourist information.

The food was amazing and the staff were so helpful. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ljubljana. The spa and gym were wow, and the bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home. One of my best stays anywhere. Superb hotel!
